Blind Dancer

A personal piece that I started months ago but put off for various reasons; finally managed to finish it today

"The character, though bereft of vision, pushes on to pursue what she loves despite her handicap; her once flowing tears now turned into the gold patterns that adorn her body"

I used Indian and Arabic references for inspiration, from sculptures to belly dancers to the 'nataraja' and decorative tiling, as well as trying my hand at a bit of low-key lighting, though I'm not sure I managed to achieve that effect properly.
Regardless, this was a fun piece to work on.
